Purpose
From SP07, the following data is stored differently in MIC:

• Due to performance and design reasons, long texts (such as the
description of an issue) are no longer stored in the Service ProviderNotes (SCMG_SP_NOTE), but instead in the Service ProviderNotes on Cases (SCMG_SP_CASE_NOTES).

• Relationships between cases are no longer stored in table SCMGPREL, but
instead in table FOPCCASERELA.
You can use this program to transfer existing long texts andrelationships into the new storage locations. Execute this program afterimplementing SP07.

Selection
You can start the program in a test run.
To transfer all cases together, leave the Case Key field empty.If you enter a specific key in this field, all long texts orrelationships belonging to that case are transferred to other cases.
By setting the appropriate indicator, you can specify what should betransferred: only the long texts, only the relationships, or both.

Output
As a result, the program lists all keys. For each key, the system tellsyou whether it has been transferred successfully or whether the transferfailed, or whether the case was ignored. Cases are ignored when theyhave already been transferred. This can occur, for example, whentransferring relationships if the case representing the other side ofthe relationship has already been processed.
