Title
XPRA to check whether the jurisdiction codes need to be transferredfrom the contract account master record to the address for the contractpartner master record.

Purpose
From Release 4.61, the jurisdiction code is no longer saved in thecontract account master record, but is stored in the address of thebusiness partner (address entered in the contract account as theaddress relevant for the jurisdiction code). ReportFKK_TRANSFER_JDC_TO_BPADDR allows you to transfer the jurisdiction codefrom the contract account to the relevant partner address in theaccount.
You should run this report before upgrading to 4.61. It checks whetherthe report FKK_TRANSFER_JDC_TO_BPADDR was executed before the upgradeand in what client, and issues a warning if you need to execute itafter the upgrade.
