Purpose
You use this report to check whether there is any inconsistency betweenthe aggregated credit and debit balances of contract accounts asfollows:

• Balances stored in the database table for contract account balances


• Balances calculated from document item data used to update contract
account balances

Features
The report enables you to display balances as follows:


• The number of contract accounts with consistent and inconsistent
balances

• A detailed list of contract account balances

The detailed list includes the following:

• Balances stored in the database table for contract account balances


• Balances calculated from document item data used to update contract
account balances
The detailed list also includes a status indicator with a traffic lighticon for each contract account. The meaning of the traffic light iconsis as follows:

• Green light: contract accounts with consistent balance amounts


• Red light: contract accounts with inconsistent balance amounts

Selection
In the Data Selection group box, enter the following data asrequired:


• Company code


• The business partner numbers


• The contract account numbers


• The document numbers


• The posting period of contract accounting documents for which you want
to collect balance data
In the Processing Options group box, you can choose one of thefollowing:

• Error log

The report lists only contract accounts for which there is inconsistencybetween the balance amounts

• Summary log

The report displays the numbers of contract accounts with consistent andinconsistent document amounts respectively. It does not, however,display any balance amounts.

• Status log

The report lists all contract accounts for which balances are stored inthe database regardless of inconsistencies in the balance amounts

Output
The report displays contract account balance data according to thespecified selection options.
