Purpose
You use this program to delete the backup copy of the totals recordsfrom General Ledger Accounting that was created for the subsequentimplementation of document splitting.

Prerequisites

• You are using new General Ledger Accounting.


• You have successfully completed the migration. The migration plan has
been closed.

• The migration plan for which you would like to delete the backup copy is
defined with migration type 4 (Subsequent Implementation of DocumentSplitting).

Features
The program can be executed multiple times.

Selection
Select the data to be deleted for the ledgers and company codes assignedto the migration plan:


• Specify the migration plan.


• If you set the Test Run indicator, the program simulates the
deletion but does not make any changes in the database.

Output
The program issues a statistic for the selected and deleted data of thebackup copy.
