Description
Program EWURFRSH checks whether the batch jobs for programs which havestatus STR are still active in the active package. All programs forwhich the batch jobs have terminated are set to status ERR and an entryis written to the program log. Program EWURFRSH is called by theprocedure monitor every time the display is refreshed.

Output
The control tables and the log are changed if necessary.
