Purpose
You can use this report to delete KPI values that lie outside of thevalidity period. The validity period for a KPI is defined by the fieldsPeriod andNo. of Periods for the
Define Key Performance Indicators inCustomizing.

Selection

• KPI ID: Technical name of KPI


• Test run: Data are not deleted.


• Delete data with comments: If you set this indicator, the data that have
comments are not deleted.

Output
The deleted data (or the data that were deleted(test run)) are written to the output list. If there is no data to bedeleted, the system sends an information message.
