Reorganization rebate relevant data from invoices

Purpose
The present program ENH_REBATE_S469RB allows to reorganize the infostructure S469 for the extended rebate processing. This should not bedone unless errors have occurred in the statistics update.
To help making the right decision, you may simulate the reorganizationof the statistics by means of the report ENH_REBATE_S469RC. To do so,it is made possible to compare the actual status of the selected dataof the info structure to the planned status.

Integration
The program is a modified copy of the report SDS060RB which wasadjusted to the extended rebate processing.

Prerequisites
Using this program does not make sense unless the info structure S469and the extended rebate processing are active.
