Programme SAP EHS_IHORG_EG_ADJUSTMENT - Transfer Exposure Profile Ratings to LTA Value of Infotype 1403

Purpose
With this report program you can transfer ratings for thelong-term average from theIndustrial Hygiene and Safety (EHS-IHS) component to theOccupational Health (EHS-HEA) component.
In Occupational Health, the rating for the long-term average isusually entered in the infotype 1403 (Exposure: LTA) of therespective Organizational Management object. You can enter an equivalentrating in Industrial Hygiene and Safety in the exposure profilefor the work area.
This report program determines the highest ratings from the exposureprofiles of the work areas that are assigned to the respectiveOrganizational Management objects by means of a link in theorganizational plan and transfers these to the long-term average inaccordance with a mapping table.

Prerequisites

  • The necessary object types must be assigned to the infotype 1403 in
  • Customizing for Organizational Management under MaintainInfotypes.
    • In Industrial Hygiene and Safety, work areas must be linked to
    • the Organizational Management objects that have the infotype 1403.
      • In the exposure profiles for the work areas,
      • agents must exist that aremanaged in the specification database. The ratings of other agent typesare not transferred.
        • You can match up data records with infotype 1403 only once per day.
        • Selection
          You have the following options in the initial screen:

          • Test run w/o DB upd. indicator

          • If you set this indicator, the data to be changed is displayed only andnot written to the database.
            • Transfer New Agents indicator

            • This indicator controls the transfer of new agents to the infotype 1403of the respective Organizational Management object.
              If you set the indicator, agents that do not exist in the OrganizationalManagement object are added.
              • Plan version

              • You must specify which plan version is to be used to determine the data.
                • Key date

                • You use the key date to specify which data records are valid.
                  • Agent Type

                  • If you specify an agent type, only the ratings of agents of this agenttype are transferred.
                    • Mapping of Ratings

                    • As the ratings for Industrial Hygiene and Safety can be set inCustomizing, you must enter in the mapping table which ratings fromOccupational Health (OH Rating) correspond to the ratingsfrom Industrial Hygiene and Safety (IH Rating).
