Displaying the Application Log for the EH&S-QM Interface

Purpose
You use the program EHQMP_DB_LOAD_LOG to display the application logthat is written during the creation or modification of inspection plansfrom EH&S. This program can also be called using the transaction EHQL.

Features

Selection
You can make the following entries to find and display logs that havebeen created:

• Log number:

Each log has a unique internal number by which it can be identified.This number is displayed in the overview tree of the log.

• Job name:

As the creation of inspection plans from EH&S runs as a background job,the relevant log can be accessed using the job name.

• User:

The user that triggered the creation of inspection plans.

• Date:

The date on which the inspection plans were created.

Output
The logs that fulfill the entry criteria are displayed.

Activities
During the creation of inspection plans with the EH &S-QM interface,messages are written to a log and collected because, due to backgroundprocessing, no user interaction is possible. The log created for eachjob informs the user whether the inspection plans were createdsuccessfully and of any problems or errors that occurred during theprogram run, enabling the user to track the intended result and takeany necessary steps to ensure that the job is successful.
