Description
Writes the history data of doc. objects whose creator or changer is notSAP, into a file (parameter filename).
You can restrict the number of data records to be written with theparameter 'Counter'. Counter = space means: all data records.
If the 'Last changer' and 'Creator' are overwritten by
'SAP' in a System, they can be reentered there by the program
DOCU_READ_CHANGE_DATA_FRM_FILE.
