Conversion of old (copy) templates to new templates.

Purpose
Up until now you could use original application files or a documentinfo record to create new original application files.
Templates now con be used with the following functions:

• The template file and template document are entered in one
activity in Customizing of Document Manageament:Define workstation application, navigationstep Detrmine copy templates for originalapplication files.

• You can create several multi-language templates for different document
types and workstation applications.
This data is saved for templates in the table TCZ02.

Integration
In order for you to be able to use source files and templates fromearlier Releases you must carry out the following steps:
RESET N1
Call the program: DMS_TEMPLATES_CONVERT (conversion oftemplates).
Start the conversion by pressing the button |@15@.
The system copies the data for the template into table TCZ02.
The following values are automatically set:
Language: Logon language
Coutner for template files in a language: 1
The description can be changed later under activity:Determine copy template for originalapplication file.
