Programme SAP CRM_UIU_PROD_CONFIG - Create UI Configuration for Set Type

Purpose
You use this report to create a default configuration for a set type.The type of set type involved determines on which view the configurationis created:

  • Single-line set type (organization-independent)

    • View: SLSeteOV
    • Single-line set type (distribution-chain-dependent)

      • View: SLDCSetEF
      • Multiline set type (organization-independent)

        • View: MLSeteOV
        • Multiline set type (distribution-chain-dependent)

          • View: MLDCSetEL
          • Set type with multiple-value attributes (organization-independent)

            • View:
            Single-value attributes: SLMVSeteOVVS
            Multiple-value attributes: SLMVAttreOV
            • Set type with multiple-value attributes (distribution-chain-dependent)

              • View:
              Single-value attributes: SLMVDCSetELVS
              Multiple-value attributes: SLMVDCAttrEL

              Features
              The configuration is created with the following parameters:

              • Object Type = PRODUCT

              • Object Subtype =

                • If a set type has multiple-value attributes, the following configurationis created:
                • One configuration containing all single-value attributes of the set type

                  • Parameter:
                  Object Type = PRODUCT
                  Object Subtype =
                  • One configuration for each multiple-value attribute

                    • Parameter:
                    Object Type = PRODUCT
                    Object Subtype = + A01...A99
                    (attributes are numbered consecutively)
                    To change the configuration at a later point in time:
                    Start the component workbench with transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB, enter thecomponent PRDGENSET, and choose Display. Select the viewsspecified above and go to the tab page Configuration.
                    Select the configuration with the parameters:
                    Object Type = PRODUCT
                    Object Subtype =
                    For multiple-value attributes:
                    Object Subtype = + A01...A99
                    RESET N1

                    Selection
                    You can only execute the Create Configuration action if the viewdoes not yet contain a configuration for this set type.
                    The Delete Configuration option deletes the configuration of theset type from the view.
                    When you execute the report you are prompted to enter a transportrequest. The configurations generated are entered in this transportrequest. If you want to transport the set type to a follow-on system youshould import this transport request into the target system.
                    If you transport the set type using the transport function (SetTypes/Attributes -> Transport) in transaction COMM_ATTRSET (
                    Maintain Set Types and Attributes ) the configuration is notentered again in the transport request.
