Programme SAP CRM_PRP_CHANGE_STATUS - Report CRM_PRP_CHANGE_STATUS - Change PPR Header Status

Title
Status change for partner/product ranges

Purpose
This report is used for mass change of status for createdPartner/Product Ranges(PPRs). You can change PPRs with the status "In Process" or "Active" tothe status "Active", "For Deletion" or "For Archiving and Deletion".

Notes

  • PPRs with the status "Active" cannot be set back to "In Process", as
  • they may already be being used in business transactions.
    • PPRs that are used as a reference by other PPRs with the status "In
    • Process" or "Active" do not need to be considered if the new status is"For Deletion" or "For Archiving and Deletion". The PPRs affected arelisted in the application log.

Caution: If an active PPR references another, which has, for example, the status "In Process" the referenced PPR is implicitly activated. Butthe status in the system does not change. Consequently a listing may bevalid even though it not released for the referenced PPR.

      Example
PPR2 contains a listing for Easter eggs. As the PPR has the status "InProcess", the listing is not valid.
PPR1 references PPR2. As PPR1 is active, the listing for the Easter eggsis therefore valid. In this way Easter eggs are listed the whole yearround.
