Purpose
You use this report when you have changed one of the following datatypes in your SAP CRM host:

• Real-time offers


• Computed attributes


• Condition attributes

You do this to ensure that all changed information is transferred fromyour SAP CRM host to your Real-Time Offer Management (RTOM) engine.

Integration
The following information is transferred:


• Create


• Update


• Delete


• Priority changed

Activities
You can execute this report manually in the CRM WebClient UI, orschedule it as a background job.
Note: When you start this report, no real-time offers are available inyour channel during the restart of the RTOM engine.
