Purpose
When you upgrade from LAM 3.20 to CRM 4.0, you have to make sure thatthe billing request items that were created from previously existingcontracts, but have not been billed yet, can now be billed in CRMbilling. To do so, entries must exist for these items in the COtranslator. This program creates these entries.

Features
You can start the program repeatedly for the same contracts as often asnecessary. Internal flags ensure that no mulitple CO translator entriesare created.

Output
An application log is created and lists the contracts and items forwhich no translator entry could be created.
