Title
Repair of table TCACS_RESULT according to OSS note 314369.

Purpose
In an old version of the table, the field "results type"(TCACS_RESULT-RESULTTYPE) was defined without a conversion exit(initial zeros). This program adds the initial zeros.
Note: A new version is not called! The old entries (without initialzeros) are deleted, all other field contents are taken over 1:1.
Before using the program, read OSS note 314369. Test the program intest mode and the new entries will be listed for you without the DBbeing updated.
