Prerequisites
You need to be able to assign existing business partners to new HRemployees using certain criteria. In the standard system, the fields"External partner number" (BUT000-BPEXT) in Business Partner and "Oldpersonnel number" (PA0032-PNALT) in HR must have the same content forcorresponding objects.
BTE event CACS3001 is used for this assignment. You can therefore use auser exit to make assignments in line with other criteria.
If HR is run in its own client, you need to enter an RFC destinationfor the target system in the basic settings. This enables you to createcentral persons in the BP system for the existing personnel numbers inthe HR system.
