Query variants for plan data transfer from the BW system

Purpose
You need query variants when you want to transfer queries containingvariables from the BW system into the Funds ManagementBudget Control System inthe background. In a queryvariant, you determine with which values the variables are to befilled. You then specify the variants in the plan data transfer.
When you execute the plan data transfer in the dialog box and have notcreated any variants, the system asks for the variables online.

Prerequisites
The field assigment for the query for which you want to create avariant must be set in Customizing for Funds Management PublicManagement .
