Purpose
This program fills the Derivation Type field in the billing duelist.
From Release 5.0, the Derivation Type field is used todistinguish between derived entries in the billing due list. The newDerivation Type field must be set explicitly for entries createdin Release 4.0 during intercompany billing, which therefore have value A(intercompany billing) in the Billing Type field.
