Programme SAP BBP_CONTRACT_COPY - Checking Purchase Contract Data

Purpose
With this report, you can check for which purchasing contracts thefollowing applies:

  • the end of the validity period is approaching,

  • the release quantity is approaching the target quantity,

  • the release value is approaching the target value
  • Integration
    SAP BW provides evaluations that go well beyond the scope of thisreport. This report enables you to evaluate contracts independent of SAPBW.

    Prerequisites
    The contracts must be free of errors and also be released.

    Features
    For each contract that meets the selection criteria, the system createsa work item in the inbox of the purchasers who belong to the responsiblepurchasing group. The system deletes the work item as soon as the r
    elevant contract is processed (changed, released, held).

    Selection
    You can make restrictions as follows:

    • For the validity check, you can specify a timeframe in days (calculated
    • from the validity end date), for example, for example, 100. Allcontracts where the validity end date lies between 0-100 days away arefound.
      Default setting that can be changed: 0 days. The workflow starts on thevalidity end date.
      • For the released quantity check, you can specify a percentage value
      • (target quantity =100%) of 95%, for example. All those contracts wherethe released quantity has reached 95% of the target quantity are found.
        Default setting that can be changed: 100%. The workflow starts as soonas the released quantity = the target quantity.
