Purpose
Use of this report is no longer necessary from Version 3.5 since therelease is obsolete. The system recognizes automatically, using themaintained attributes, if an organizational unit must be released ornot and handles it accordingly.
This means that the release function cannot be used incorrectly andthis program has been removed.
