If authorization roles are to be copied from a template,the attribute access authorizations haveto be maintained manually using program BBP_ATTR_COPY_ACCESS_RIGHTS.

Copying Attribute Access Authorizations:
On the initial screen, enter the source and target roles for which youwant to copy the attribute access authorizations. The name of the targetrole has to be in the customer namespace.Switch off the Test Mode and choose Execute.The system displays the attribute access authorizations on the selectionscreen. Here, you can select the attribute access authorizations thatyou wish to copy. All attribute access authorizations indicated with agreen light in the status column already exist in the target role. Onlyselected attribute access authorizations with a yellow triangle in thestatus column are copied when you select Copy.To save your changes, chooseSave.
Deleting Attribute Access Authorizations:
You can only delete attribute access authorizations of authorizationroles that are in the customer namespace. On the initial screen, enterthe source role from which you want to delete theattribute access authorizations.Switch off Test Mode and select Execute.The system displays the attribute access authorizations on the selectionscreen. To delete the selected entries, selectDelete.To save your entries, selectSave.
