Purpose
Run this report to delete archived Document Builder documents.
Note:
It is recommended that this task be performed by a System Administratorto remove obsolete documents from the database or free up space.

Process
Run this report to:
Read the archive file you have created with reportExtract Document Builder Documents.
Delete the Document Builder documents you have archived from yoursystem.
At the end of this process, you can write the file to your archivesystem.

Integration
Use this report in combination with report ExtractDocument Builder Documents.

Prerequisites
You must have created an archive file containing the Document Builderdocuments by means of report Extract DocumentBuilder Documents.

Selection
The following selection options are available:

• Test Mode

Select this option to simulate an archive run (no file created).

• Productive Mode

Select this option to create the archive file.

• Output

Detailed List
Enables yout to write the log either to the list (spool for backgroundprograms), the application log, or both.
Output Type
Determines the output type. You can choose to view either a summary ofthe processed objects, a detail log without success messages, or afull-detail log.

Output
The report deletes the Document Builder documents you have archived fromyour system.
