Transfer the old Customizing settings into the new table /IBS/CRB_ZVSK.

Transfer MODID and LIBUE from the obsolete Customizing table/IBS/CRB_KLS_P_RBDKLto the new Customizing table /IBS/CRB_ZVSK.
Add the account category and account assignment reference from thesource system to the entry from the obsolete tables/IBS/CRB_ZKK and /IBS/CRB_ZRKV .
