Title Document Management: Tool for comparing vault files with originals Purpose The report produces two lists: 1) Files in the vault where no reference exist in Document Management. 2) Documents with original applciation files that are no longer in thevault You can also run the report in batch mode. Prerequisites,, The report only works when DVA (Direct Vault Access) is active. The report supports for the old document types (with two originals) Only original application files of the current client and of thecurrent system are read. This means that if files are in the vault thatcome from other systems or clients they are displayed as not referencedvault files. It is strongly recommended that you do not delete thesefiles. Selection Entry parameter: - Vault: Name of vault - Interval of vault files: when you only want a part of the vault filesto be read - Audit: Indicator whether audits were used. When this indicator is notset the audit documents are nto read and vault files that referencedonly in audit documents are not found. - File path on the application server: absolute file path of one of thefiles you want to create in the application server.
