Purpose
This report informs you of the system statuses used in SD, and whetherthey can be changed in the SD document, or whether they are onlydetermined automatically.

Features
The list displays the:

• Four-digit, language-dependent abbreviation for the status


• Description (long text)


• Technical, internal name of the status


• and whether it can be changed in the SD document, as well as the
technical name of the business transactions that were used to changethe SD document.
The system statuses used in SD are highlighted in green. Those that arenot used in SD are highlighted in red.
All information used by this report is set by SAP and can only bechanged by SAP. The information comes from the following data sources:
General status management tables
Status definition of the object category for sales document items(table TJ04)
Statuses either set or deleted by transactions for the object categoryfor sales document items (tables TJ05 and TJ06)
Statuses defined in the Sales and Distribution program (RVDIREKT)
Definition of changeable statuses in Sales and Distribution (IncludeVORGANG_STATUS_DEFINITION).
