Archiving Sales Documents in SD: Write Program

Purpose
With this program you can write sales documents from the database toarchive files.

Integration
Before you archive sales documents you should first archive thedeliveries. This is necessary because the deliveries also accessinformation of the order flow when they are displayed.

Prerequisites

• You maintained the table V_TVARA using the transaction VORA or in the
IMG.

Parameter
A sales order goes through the following mandatory and optional checksbefore it is archived:


• Residence time (mandatory)


• Flow (mandatory)


• Purchase order (optional)


• Accounting document (optional)


• Check residence flow documents (optional)


• Alternative DB access (optional)


• Generate archive (optional)


• Deletion program in test mode (optional)

The corresponding CO data is also archived for make-to-order productionand individual purchase orders, meaning the line items belonging to thisorder. Note that if you reload the order into the system this CO datamay not be loaded into the system as well.
