Purpose
Report RWDBBMAN_HPR (transaction WDBM_HPR) is used to manually requestmaterials for sending within the assortment list and to send thematerials to the selected stores. The report is a replacement fortransaction WDBM (report RWDBBMAN), designed for perfomance reasons.

Integration
Decide on one of the two possible assortment lists to use. If you do notexperience any problems with performance and resources when usingtransactions WDBI, WDBU and WDBM, continue to use these transactions. Ifyou do experience problems with these transactions however, usetranactions WDBI_HPR, WDBU_HPR and WDBM_HPR instead.

Prerequisites
The systems that process the IDocs must be able to process the new IDoctypes WBBDLD04.
Unlike with the IDoc types WBBDLD01 to WBBDLD03, the header segments andall their subsegments are not repeated for time-dependent data in theIDoc, but instead, the individual segments that contain thetime-dependent data are repeated for a new validity period.

Features
Report RWBBINI_HPR is used to distribute the workload amongst severalprocesses. Therefore use parallel processing and set the relevantindicator on the selection screen. In this case, the materials andstores are divided into work packets. Each work packet is then processedby one process. Each process generates the IDocs for all stores andmaterials in the work packet. You can set the size of the work packet onthe selection screen.
Report RWBBINI_HPR prepares the most important data for the assortmentlist, however, not all data that can be sent by report RWDBBINI.

Selection
Select the materials to be sent using the material numbers, the materialgroup, or the assortment list type.

Output
The report produces a list of the IDocs that were generated. Visualassortment lists that you can display and print using transaction WBBSare generated from the IDocs by starting transaction WBBV_HPR.

Activities
Make the Customizing settings for the assortment list before you startthe report.

Example
The data for some new materials is required in a store and you want tosend this data straight to the store without having to wait for the nextchange download. To do this, you start transaction WDBM_HPR and selectthe materials.
