Load service provider data from one table to another

Purpose
This report loads data for the service provider from the oldservice provider table (TEPRV) to the new service provider
table (ESERVPROV).
As the data for the service provider has been enhanced for this releaseand therefore moved from 1 table to 2, you must load the data from theexsiting table to the new one.
