Programme SAP ISU_XPRA_IDE_GRID_CHANGE - XPRA for Changing Grids in IDE

Purpose
A grid is created for every existing distributor (in table ESRVPROV).
A link from the corresponding grid to the regional structure is created(tables EADRCITYGRID and EADRSTRTGRID) for every existing link from adistributor to the regional structure (tables ADRCITYCCS andADRSTRTCCS).
