Programme SAP HINUUPDATE_INFTY_LOANS_ESS - Update Infotypes for Approved Loan and Repayment Request

Purpose
This report updates the relevant infotypes for approved loan and loanrepayment requests that the employees created through EmployeeSelf-Service (ESS).

Features

  • Data retrieval

    • The report reads the Loans Specific Data table (T7INLOAN_TRNSDT)and Repayment Specific data table (T7INREPAY_TRNS) to retriveloan and loan payment request that have the following statuses:
    Approved
    Not been deleted
    No errors
    • Infotype update

      • The report updates the following infotypes based on the type of request:
      Loans infotype (0045) and Loans Payments infotype (0078)for loan requests
      Loans Payments infotype (0078) for loan repayment requests
      • Database update

        • The report updates the Status and Error field of theLoans Specific Data table (T7INLOAN_TRNSDT) and RepaymentSpecific data table (T7INREPAY_TRNS) as follows:
        Status as I (Initial) and error field as S (UpdateSuccessful), in case of successful update of infotype records.
        Error field as E (Error in Update), in case of successful updateof infotype records.

        Output
        The report displays the following messages in an application log:

        • Success messages for infotypes that were updated successfully

        • Error or warning messages for infotypes that were not updated
          • successfully
          • Errors during execution of this report

            To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen chooseHuman Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific ->India -> Utilities -> Loans ESS -> UpdateInfotypes for Approved Loan and Repayment Request.
            The system executes the report and displays an application log.
