Purpose This report is used for printing the Legal Payroll Payments Book 20.744by month, as stipulated by the act 20.744 (Labor Contract Act - LCT). Integration Prerequisites Wage types to be displayed in the Legal Payroll Payments Book arespecified using the Implementation Guide (IMG), under PayrollArgentina -> Lists -> Legal Payroll Payments Book 20.744 Sect. 52 ->Define wage types for Legal Payroll Payments Book20.744>> Only the wage types set in this Implementation Guide activity can beused to print the Legal Payroll Payments Book.Selection Apart from the standard selection data, in the selection screen you canenter the following data:
- Period>: Specify the month and year for which the Legal Payroll
Payments Book shall be edited.
- Other data>: Mark the checkbox Print total pages only > if
you only want sums to be edited and you do not want any sectionscorresponding to employees to be printed.
- Output format>: You can choose forms for printing the different
sections of the Legal Payroll Payments Book. Retroactive accounting breakdown> if you want to print retroactiveaccounting by payroll period and by wage type.Output Firstly, for each printed page, the header is edited with employer data.Next, the month data selected for each employee are edited. If an employee has different payroll periods within a single month, theyare edited separately. If an employee changes contract type during the payroll period, only thecontract type of the last day of the month is considered and the resultsare edited as a whole.
