Size of memory resident ICM server cache

Parameter description
The size of the entire ICM cache is set by the parametericm/HTTP/server_cache_<(><<)>xx>/size_MB.
This parameter determines which part of the cache is to be stored inmain memory and which on the hard disk.
If sufficient main memory is available, this parameter is to be set to ahigh value, to ensure maximum performance. For a rule of thumb fordimensioning, see the parameter documentation for icm/HTTP/server_cache_
