Default: 60000 Byte.If this cache overflows, the buffer is automaticallyreorganized. The buffer is also reorganized if any characterset is invalid. Creation and reorganization of the bufferresult in system log messages that contain the string"Buffer RSTSCCC". You should enlarge the buffer if automaticreorganizations occur repeatedly. Delete all entries asdescribed in ‘Activating a character set’ before theenlargement of the buffer
