Accept client switch of profile level for intern

Parameter description
This parameter determines whether a client may change the SAP Systemprofiler level. This can be necessary for diagnostic purposes. However,for security reasons it is not possible by default.
Note
After activating the profile paramter, ensure that the profile parameteris activated after ending the action. This value influences the runtimeof the HTTP request
