Collating sequence support in NLS will be active

Parameter description
Whenever the function setlocale() of the NLS package is called, it isswitched not only to LC_CTYPE (for upper/lowercase and characterrecognition) but also LC_COLLATE (for language and country-specific sortsequences). You can turn off this new, improved behavior with thisparameter.
