Run system with standalone j2ee dispatcher dpj2ee

Parameter description
If the system is started with the standalone dispatcher "dpj2ee" insteadof the SAP dispatcher "disp+work", this parameter must be used to informICM and the value of the parameter set to True. If an attempt is made tostart the standalone dispatcher, even though the parameter has the valueFALSE, the standalone dispatcher dpj2ee stops immediately.
