Timeout to allocate registered program

Parameter description
This parameter acts as a time limit for communication with a registeredprogram. The reason for the timeout is that this program was busy andcould not handle new tasks.
The following measures can be taken:
Start the registered program more often.
Minimize the number of process steps in the registered program ifpossible. In this way the work can be carried out faster, and theprogram is ready for new tasks sooner.
