Timeout for gateway reader for select

Parameter description
This parameter specifies the maximum time in seconds for which thegateway read process sleeps on the select.
Periodic checks that are performed within the gateway, are performed amaximum of every gw/max_sleep seconds. These include:
Connections with the status DISCONNECT are deleted (parametergw/conn_disconnect)
Inactive gateway-gateway connections are closed (parametergw/gw_disconnect)
Connections with the status CONN_PENDING are closed (parametergw/conn_pending )
Inactive connections using SAProuter are closed (parametergw/close_routes)
Connections to external programs are checked (parametergw/deallocate_timeout)
Started programs are checked (parameter gw/startup)
