Start gateway work processes on demand or n

Parameter description
This parameter specifies whether the gateway work processes are to bestarted dynamically on demand or statically when the gateway is started.
Possible values:
gw/keep_process = 1
Work processes are started when the gateway is started.
gw/keep_process = 0
Work processes are started dynamically on demand. If the gateway is usedonly sporadically for LU6.2, you should use value 0. Otherwise value 1makes it possible to establish a connection faster.
