disables the enqueue replication system

Parameter description
You can use this parameter to deactivate the enqueue replicationsubsystem (if it exists).
The parameter is only relevant on the enqueue instance and can have thefollowing values:

• 0 = Activated


• 1 = Deactivated, but if an old replication subsystem exists, it is
invalidated

• 2 = Completely deactivated
