Valid_values
the syntax of the parameter is<(><<)>n<(>><)>-<(><<)>m<(>><)>, where m<(>><)>n are whole numbers
between 0 and 255 (ASCIIcharacter representation).
The entry 32-127 therefore has the effect that "normal" keyboardcharacters may be included in the URI.
