Switch on / off statistics for shared locks

Parameter description
Parameter vmcj/vm_shared_lock_statistics is used to activate the sharedlock statistics in the VM container when starting the system. Thesestatistics contain a great deal of information about the cross-VM locksin the VMC. You can also switch the statistics on and off usingtransaction SM52. This is also the transaction for displaying them.
