Enable VM container

Parameter description
You can use the parameter vmcj/enable to activate the Virtual MachineContainer (VMC).
Following values are possible:
off: The VMC is not initialized. enable: The VMC is initialized, but notyet started. This means that you can activate the VMC later.activate/on: The VMC is initialized and activated.
If you activated the VMC, you should set up either a dynamic process ora reserved process (parameters rdisp/wp_no_dynamic andrdisp/wp_no_restricted), and activatethe automatic WP check (parameter rdisp/dynamic_wp_check).
