Activate high available SAPlicense

Parameter description
The profile parameter sets whether the high-availability SAPlicense isto be activated. If the hardware key changes unexpctedly, the system cancontinue to operate productively without the administrator takingaction. However, in this case, the SAPlicenser alert must be noted (forexample, by configuring an automatic e-mail) in CCMS (RZ20). Otherwisethe administrator does not receive a message about the pendingexpiration of the licence. The profile parameter is only available as ofPatch Level 89 of the 7.00 Kernel.
