Expiration time for ICM cache UFO entries

Parameter description
This parameter sets the expiration time in seconds for the entries inthe UFO list in the ICM/HTTP cache. Do not set the value too high sinceautomatic expiration is the only way the system can invalidate UFOentries (since all HTTP requests that refer to UFO entries have alreadybeen rejected by the cache).
