Delay between attempts to establish LPD communication

Parameter description
If an attempt to connect to a remote printer (type U) fails when sendinga print job, a number of retries are made. The number of retries islimited by rspo/tcp/retries. To enable a waittime and to relieve the spool work process from further contact attemtpsfor this or any other task request, the affected printer is inactivatedfor the number of seconds specified here.
