Deactivate the optimization: GE AND LE => BETWEEN

Parameter description
This parameter is only intended for internal use and must not be changedwithout explicit instruction from SAP.
The SAP database interface optimizes conditions of the type: f GE v1 ANDf LE v2 in: f BETWEEN v1 AND v2
If this is not required, the profile parameter can be set.
