Ensure that a value <(>><)>0 is only set on the central instance thatprovides the enqueue server (instance
rdisp/enqname ). Oneenqueue work process on the central instance is normally sufficient(rdisp/wp_no_enq = 1); only in very large systems can a highervalue be useful.
