In this SAP Note, it is addressed that post-SDCC(N) data collection, specific jobs such as SAP_CCMS_CPH_MINCOLL, SAP_CCMS_CPH_QTRCOLL, and SAP_CCMS_CPH_HRCOLL are scheduled automatically for collecting minute, quarter hour, and hour values respectively. These operations contribute to schemas in the Central Performance History Database including 'Solution Manager Availability', 'Performance', and 'Hourly'. Challenges arise if the jobs' scheduling user becomes invalid while ongoing data collection is necessary. The recommended solution is to update the job scheduler to use a consistently valid user. Reference is also made to central monitoring setups where local scheduling might be redundant if linked through a CCMS agent.
